Dispute has inadvertently checked item boxes?

How can I get someone to correct inadvertently checked item boxes in a dispute? How do you correlate the long alpha-numeric code to the seller's item number(s)?

You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page so that our advisors can help you accordingly. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
