Dispute , got e-mail from PayPal, but I cant see the sellers response in the case ?

Logged a dispute, got e-mail from PayPal with sellers response, but I cant see the sellers response in the case. Is this normal or is there something wrong ?

Welcome to the PayPal Community. Sorry for any concern the dispute process caused. 

 

If this case is still in the dispute phase, you will be able to see the merchants' responses. If this case has been escalated to a claim, then you would not see the merchant's response. The merchants' response would be reviewed by PayPal to determine the next action.
