Hi. So I met a Seller on Facebook marketplace back in August. I asked if they could ship an item to me. I sent them all the money. They requested i send it via Paypal Friends and Family and I did it with no question. It is now November and I have not recrived the item and the seller is not replying to my messages. I tried to open a dispute here but it says friends and family transactions are not disputable. Please help. Is there anything at all that I can do?

As the payment has been made using an option Friends and Family which is not eligible under purchase protection because of the reason you will not be able to appeal for the transaction in PayPal. We suggest try reaching out your bank and appeal a chargeback to stop or get a refund.
