I filed a dispute multiple times and it keeps getting denied because they say I have not submitted the requested materials or proof. However I have sent various screenshots proving my case. Can anybody help with telling me what exactly they need?

As you haven't given any information on what has happened, not even which dispute you opened then unfortunately not.
