Dispute denied because customer service can't do their job properly

I was in jail while in jail everything I had was stolen the know theif had access to all my accounts emails etc because my phone,laptop and purse were taken. So I disputed money being transfered out of my account to s linked card. I get denied because they logged it as the person that sent me money didn't receive items paid for so they refunded her the money and put me another $63 in the hole in this account and $98.80 in my other account and telling me nothing else they can do. So I'm just **bleep** out of my money and for the record she bought nothing she owed me money neither of us have transportation so this is how she paid what she owed me. IM BEYOND FURUOUS

If your laptop / phone etc had password protection or biometrics on them then they couldn't have been used.

Also to use the paypal app they would have had to know that password or whatever security was on that as well.

So if you had nothing password protected then you were responsible for the transactions being made not paypal.
