Dispute decision

I opened a dispute about in-game currency, turns out that it's not covered by buyer protection program. In a case like this Should paypal conclude the case in favour of the seller, or just close the case and not decide in no one's favour?

If a buyer raises a dispute and does not win for whatever reason then the funds revert back to the seller.

@kernowlass Hi again thank you for the response. I got **bleep** since online currency is not covered by PayPal, what can I do next time to avoid being scammed? For example pay with PayPal using a credit card, or just simply with credit card? Or What do you think it's the best thing to do to earn best protection in a case like this (Buying in-game currencies from websites)

Virtual / digital transactions are sometimes covered (read the section on buyer protection) but for non receipt of item and not item received but not as described.

Thank you, I already understand this, what I want to know is what's the best way to pay with to be protected in a transaction like this? So item (Virtual) received but not as described. (You can include other methods outside paypal)
