Dispute decision

How can I dispute (You can no longer use PayPal) when I wasn't given a reason nor did anything wrong except change my password cause of some text messages that had code numbers I never requested?And I can't get my out for 180 days, I think is BS and this is my backup money since I'm on ssi. I've had this account for so long.

Same thing just happened to me as well. I'm trying to get answers and PayPal won't give me any other than my account is permantely closed.

At least I know I'm not going crazy. I was told I could file a dispute but they don't tell where or how and I've looked all over.....
