Dispute awarded to buyer despite tracking proving delivery

Paypal just rewarded a dispute to a buyer that opened a dispute 6 days after being sent from Australia to Spain as "item not received". Once the buyer received the goods I esculated the claim with tracking number, screenshots of proof of delivery and Australia Post Business label with the tracking and the address on it also saying delivered. What is going on?

Why did you escalate? If you left it then it would have just timed out at 20 days post opening the dispute.

You need to check with customer services why the refund was awarded.
