Dispute No order or transaction Not able to log a dispute on PayPal Help needed

Hi all

I was placing an order on the Light In The Box website (MS Edge Browser on PC) and when checking out with PayPal it went back to the Order Checkout page on LITB but I was immediatley charged on the Credit Card I was using.

Now both LITB & PayPal show no order or transaction and I do not see anywhere how I log a dispute on PayPal?? ☹️

Help needed ASAP please 🙏

Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some road-blocks with a recent transaction. Have you received any notification via email or SMS that your transaction has been completed through PayPal? If not, normally that means your order was never finalized and sent to the merchant. In that case, what you see on your card's end is most likely just an authorization, not an actual transaction. Authorizations will usually fall off in 2-3 business days if the order was not finalized. If you see the authorization on your card's activity turn into a completed transaction, please reach out to our Customer Support teams so they can help you track down your order. At that time, the merchant should have received your order confirmation as well.
