I need to file a not as described dispute against a digital video game download that I bought due to the merchant issuing me with a code for the wrong version. On the dispute page on the item category box do I select, Virtual Goods, Gift/Prepaid Card or Other? Also the email I use for my PayPal account is different to the email address I used on the merchants website and Microsoft account I used to redeem the game, will this affect my case?
