Different Names, And Don't Able To Change The Name

Hey there,

 I am Harsh from India, I am not able to do KYC of my paypal account because I use different name in my paypal account and different name in my PAN, it is completely different

You are supposed to use your legal name when you open a paypal account.

If you have not done that or used a nickname instead then you will have problems with KYC / receiving and withdrawing funds and at some point your account may be limited.

So what I should to do right now? can I remove that paypal account and create another one with same and same details,is that possible?

I would suggest removing anything you added to that account and if you can close it.

You should be able to as long as the account does not have any limitations on it, if it does then you may have to contact customer services to help you close it if that is an option.

Then you should be able to use the same email address to open a new account with your correct legal name if that was the issue.

Thank you for all the details that you have provided @kernowlass. You can reach out to PayPal Customer Support through the available contact options by clicking contact at the bottom of the page. Also, If you close PayPal account, you would not be able to use the Community forum account. Once you re-create your PayPal Account with same email address a new profile will be created and  you should be able to post your queries on the forum.
