Did someone experience unauthorized purchase in Games Supplier

i ask paypal to review my complain but they deny it and close the case. " After carefully reviewing your case, we found that this was an authorized transaction so it couldn’t be covered under PayPal Purchase Protection."

i have aswell they just did 2 transactions on my account and put me in the overdraft for 50 bucks im giving them a call and giving paypal a earful on this crap

Yeah paypal is a piece of crap. Recommend not using them.

Exactly the same case here. A misterious charge of 8,77 eur and nobody answers.

Paypal give no explanation at all. It is unveliebable that given the number of people reporting issues they do nothing and we have to lose money "because of reasons".

Despues de buscar en mis correos (menos mal que tengo una carpeta Compras donde guardo cada compra) y lo he aclarado.

En mi caso ya se que es lo que "compré" de esta empresa. Y no son videojuegos. Es una clave para windows 10 ltsc comprada en GoodOffer24.
