According to the Pay Pal resolution, I paid for the shipping and sent the parcel to the seller. However, the seller refuses to accept delivery from the post office at his address. what should I do in this case?

If you sent with tracking and tracking shows the item as refused then you 'should' win the claim.

Thanks for the answer! The parcel is at the post office at the seller's address. I asked the seller why he did not pick up the parcel. I understand that the seller does not intend to pick up the parcel. The tracking status is “package at the addresse’s post office.” In a week, the seller's post office will send this parcel back to me. I don't know what tracking status will be on the site in this case. Can I ask Pay Pal to contact the seller and find out why the seller does not want to receive the package.
