I have applied for a DRO this year as unfortunately my financial situation changed. I have a PayPal Credit account and this has been included on my list of creditors. As I understand it I can no longer use my PayPal account however I have received some money for Xmas from a relative (for my children) in my account and have been told by Customer Services that I cannot access these funds. Is that correct? Thanks
If the funds are in a paypal account you have been told you can no longer use and its been permanently limited then yes. To be honest paypal customer services would know a lot more about it than anyone on here so if they say you can't use them then that is it.
