Past customer ordered product, no address was shown on the Paypal advice of payment, so we used a previous address. 15 minutes after the advice was received we received am email telling us he had moved, which unfortunately we missed. Item appears to have been delivered to address we sent to, Buyer is ranting!
1. Can we find out what his Paypal registered address is? and
2. Where do we stand regarding refunding him?
Thanks in advance

Addresses are always on the email paypal sends you to say the buyer has paid so did you get that email OR did the buyer pay using the friends/family option?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thanks for that, I have pointed out his error in paying F & F advised him he has not got a leg to stand on, refunded him to shut him up, and blocked him!
