Hello, So recently I had issues with my old paypal account that caused it to get limited and then later restored. I closed the old paypal account after all the limitations and disputes were closed/ solved. The reason I wanted to close the account was because it was created before I was 18 and didnt want to create any more problems in the future. I opened a new account with the same email, uploaded my ID and verified my email to which everything was verified and fine. But other people are telling me that I need to use a new email. Should I change my primary email to a new one or should I be okay since all of the limitations on the previous account where restored? I am now over the age of 18.
