I am having trouble with a client of mine. My services include illustration and character design and my client has been commissioning me for my services for around a year or so. Once, they had gone against my wishes and resold art I had done for them. This was not on my rules at the time, so I changed them and asked her not to do this in the future. It's come to my attention that she has been doing this again. I wanted to blacklist her and block her from commissioning me again, but I'm afraid of her attempting to charge me back in retaliation. I'm currently trying to find every receipt I can and proof of me delivering what was asked, because I always delivered my commissions no matter what, but it's difficult as she's done this across so many different accounts and emails, and there have been so many instances of her commissioning me that it's hard to keep track. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from potentially happening?
Edit: I am afraid of this because there has been proof of her doing charge backs in the past, but I'm certain this was on an old account of hers.
