Whenever I try to close my account this message comes up. Please help me Before you close your account…

Hi @Lucp11223

 

I am sorry that you'd like to close your account but I can explain some common reasons this could be happening. If you have an active balance, any pending or processing transactions, or open issues that require your attention you'd be unable to close your account. You would need to withdraw your money or wait for your purchases to complete. You can find more details about open issues in your Resolution Center as well. 

 

If after review none of those issues are effecting you, you can always reach us through Facebook, Twitter, or by going to the bottom of any PayPal page under "Help" or "Contact."
