Hi all in brief I ordered some trainers from uk site , they arrive fake from Vietnam PayPal said return and gave me the address over one month and still sitting in Vietnam, uploaded evidence of scam site and tracking and since April 28th just showing as in Vietnam PayPal closed case 4 times saying no tracking given which it was then made a complaint now they say ask Royal Mail to send them a letter to say …. They don’t even know … I’ve applied for the loss but it has a maximum of £50 where as the shoes were £152 and I paid £29 to return them to the address PayPal gave they never arrived and tracking just sayes in transit in Vietnam , the seller site is fake pretending to be in the uk it’s a joke and PayPal say oh well

Try phoning direct and stating you have done everything asked of you and so request a refund?

I spoke with PayPal and they opened a internal investigation today I got a reply saying basically go to the ombudsman if you not happy with the outcome, so the outcome is no tracking even with photos and they even searched it themselves, just awful from PayPal
