Claim refused

Hi I have a situation that I want to go forward with it. I made a dispute and the claim was refused. I made an appeal and again with negative response. I purchased 3 tickets and choosing 3 payments plan with PayPal. I didn't received any booking reference from.the company but PayPal said the transaction was successful. I called the airline and they said they can not see any transaction from me or any booking under my name. How can I go forward with the case and having my money back? This niste unfair.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
