Claim/ refund from unresponsive seller

Hello, I have never had this issue before so it is my first time. I have filed a case for a claim and the seller was supposed to respond before Nov 4. If the seller doesnt reapond at all will i get my money back? They never sent my purchase till this day 😞

If you have escalated the dispute to a claim then the seller has to provide a tracking number to win a dispute for non receipt of item.

If not then you should win, allow 48 hours after the time the seller is given to be up for paypal to notify you.

the item i bought is in the form of digital, how about that? will it still be possible?
