Claim decided by mistake

I received a claim on the report center that the item I have sold was not received. It was a PDF document sent by email. Replied on the claim saying it was sent to the email provided by the user, and resent again to the same email, and also included a link so the PDF could be downloaded directly. One minute after submitting, the case is closed in favor of the buyer! This was clearly a mistake. How can I protest in a situation like this?

Sadly you have no seller protection for virtual / digital sales if paypal find in favour of the buyer.
Read up on seller protection to see what proof of delivery is acceptable for your sale.
