I'm at my wits end, I just can't speak to a person, keep getting cut off on the phone, can't get through with chat....
I used PayPal checkout to buy something and have been charged twice. I did not use my PayPal account to pay, I checked out as a guest as I wanted to use a particular debit card not linked to my account. Please can someone help me?
The transaction, which has been taken from my account is marked as 'This relates to a previous transaction' on my bank statement. It's for £4.95 which is the same amount as the shipping charge for an earlier transaction. I purchased an item using PayPal checkout. The item was for £23.90 and the shipping was for £4.95. For some reason the goods value and shipping are showing as two separate transactions, both recorded as taken from my account on the 25th. The second transaction of £4.95 was taken on the 27th. The seller says they haven't received the second £4.95.
