Chargin back from F&F

Got scammed through friends and family but I have requested the bank to chargeback. The scammer already withdrew the money into their bank account and unlinked it from the paypal account and closed it. Will i still get my money back from the bank account they withdrew into?

That would be up to your bank or card issuer. 

No-one can force the recipient to return the gift of money you sent them.

As it was a 'gift' payment then your card or bank may decline to refund you as well, all you can do is ask them and hope they refund you themselves.

If I successfully charger back the money through my bank. Would paypal pay the money or would paypal take the money from the scammers account.
