Charged twice with booking.com

I have booked a hotel on Booking.com and was charged twice by PayPal for 375.70 and left me with very little money in my bank, they both have 2 different transaction numbers and I don’t have the money in my bank to live for the next month as. Was only paid yesterday and it’s all been taken out? I want my money bac or I will be taking this to court

Contact booking.com and ask them to refund the extra payment?

I have called them and was told to call back in 3 days if nothing has changed!!!
