Tried to purchase from a website, hit the Paypal button and redirected, immediately charged, sent back to merchant with an error of incorrect shipping address. Correct the shipping address error only to be charged again, but this time decline due to insufficient funds since the first transaction depleted my card limit. PayPal isn't showing any proof of first charge so I can't raise a dispute, and no way to contact a person from PayPal's side to resolved this.
Merchant says they can't help since its outside their payment gateway. My Bank is closed till Tuesday. What do I do?

The pending temporary charge will expire if the order failed and you don’t have order with merchant or PayPal activity. It could take a week, up to 30 days for it to lapse and drop off.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
