Charged for something I didn't authorize

I was charged by some place that I don't even know what or who they are and when I filed a dispute i wasn't granted a refund which is crazy because I didn't authorize it... what can I do?

Firstly ...
Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Secondly paypal does not cover all unauthorised transactions especially if they think the reason it was unauthorised may be down to you ie facebook account hacked or gave away your password etc, they check your IP addy for the transaction plus other things in making their decision.
