I would like to reverse the chargeback, the problem is that the account I would like to do it on has been closed. Is it possible to do this with only bank account details? I want to do this because the casino requires it from me when I try to withdraw money On bank account. Can a closed account be opened again? if the casino asks for a chargeback reverse and the account on which the transaction was made is closed, can it be reversed with only bank account statements?

A chargeback is done by a card or bank, it is not done by paypal, paypal only pass on to the bank or card issuer information for you so that they can decide the chargeback.
Advice is voluntary.
