Hi , I am currently dealing with an issue with a sale of digital tickets . I sold and sent somebody tickets to a festival . From this - the person tried to claim to PayPal item not received . I provided documentation and they ended up cancelling the case , they then opened another saying item significantly not as described to which I won that case too . After losing these twice they have now tried to do a chargeback . How can I fix this issue any help would be great

The chargeback process is external to the PayPal system. The buyer's credit card issuer grants its members specific consumer protection which PayPal has no authority to replace or reduce.

If a PayPal user initiates a chargeback with their credit card company Paypal have no way of stopping the claim.

You need to read the Paypal seller protection policy for ''virtual'' transactions to see if you may be covered or not.
