Hi friends.

I have some bad situation (My first time since I have PP account).

I paid to some private seller but never received my purchase (without tracking number). I trued to conversate with him via Facebook until his primary profile closed or something (I wasn't able to see his profile).

Then I found his another profile and tried to understand what's going on again. As you understand , he also stopped to answer me there.

Then I found him in Instagram but nothing, he refused to resolve and send me another one or get my money back.

All this went since December 2020 till now (July 2021).

I'm tired and sad about it. Today I opened case and added ALL screenshots of our conversations with this guy but PayPal closed this issue due to long time since transaction.

What can I do here? Can I escalate it?

You had up to 180 days on paypal to open a dispute for non receipt of item, if its over that time frame then nothing paypal can do for you.

If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then see if they will chargeback for you?
