Hello @Karli07,
Welcome to the PayPal Community!
I'm sorry to hear someone else may have logged into your PayPal account and made changed. To report the activity, I suggest following the instructions in our Help Center here: How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity? If you're unable to log into your account or need any assistance, you can contact Customer Support on Twitter by sending DM to @AskPayPal or a PM on Facebook by going to facebook.com/PayPal. Support may also be reached by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
I hope this helps!
