Hi, so I'm getting increasingly more and more frustrated each day. I need to get ahold of paypal bc they said they declined a payment due to my balance. My account is overdrawn bc of a fraud purchase on my hacked discord account, Im currently trying to settle that with Discord. So my balance is overdrawn thus payments wont go through, which is fine except I havent made any charges. I have tried to call the customer support number, to which the robot makes us go in circles till we're both likely way more annoyed than one should be before stating I need to talk to an agent. It then drones on about how I could use the chat support function which is like texting blah blah blah. Then it disconnects. I had originally attempted to reach them through the chat support, but was once again met with a robot, this time AI. I say agent, they tell me All agents are currently offline try to call us or reach us in business hours. Its Wednesday, and now its 3:45 I've been trying for about an hour. This is well within the hours of operation, as I've spoken to them prior at a far later time, and they could even reply tomorrow. I am so very confused.
I need to get into touch with them ASAP,my questions are:
HOW are all the agents offline?
HOW do I get through the robocall robot?
HOW do I reach anybody?
