Hello, I am following these instructions to report an unauthorized payment:

- Go to the Resolution Center.
- Click Report a problem.
- Choose the payment you want to report and click Continue.
- Choose "I want to report unauthorized activity."
- Follow the steps to report the payment.
Step 2 takes me to a list of the payments, Then I choose the transactions per Step 3, but in that screen I can't find the link "I want to report unauthorized activity" referred to in Step 4.
Where is it?
