I run an online store that sells digital products. now my Paypal account has suddenly been restricted. I have to upload my ID, proof of receipt of the goods, etc. so that it can be verified. However, I can't. I have successfully uploaded everything except the proof of receipt of the goods. Every time I try to upload the proof of receipt, the menu closes and I am automatically logged out and back on the paypal home page. I have tried several browsers and devices but nothing works. what could be the reason?
