Cannot login in to my paypal account because I do not have a mobile phone

After logging in to my account, the next screen asks me for my mobile phone number.

 

I do not have a mobile phone and I cannot get past this screen

I also have a hearing disability so I cannot just ring someone up to discuss this.

 

In the meantime I am unable to access my account to check the transactions

You get a cell phone and then contact customer service to help you access your account and add it so you can access your account in the future.

 

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

We are in same predicament. Nothing we can do unfortunately with not beih ablw to log in cant use the only method of contact available to us sonce we are deaf
