I have something 8$ in my account but my account was permanently banned. After 180 days i got email that i can withdraw amount but seems like its less the recommend. Can someone help me to withdraw it
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
