Cancel payment With Account Limitation with

I send USD 550.00 Payment to one of my friend's client and wrote my friend's name in the message, which was a mistake(Wrong Transaction, I was supposed to send him a payment request). My payment went in pending, and PayPal is asking me to submit a document for my friend's birthday (I mentioned it already). Now I want to cancel it but the system is giving me auto-replies. "Please submit birthday document then we'll send money to next person." but I want to cancel it. I called them and wrote them in help messenger but didn't get any satisfactory response. Kindly Guide me. Thanks to all.

I understand your concern about canceling a payment. Some payments can be canceled while others cannot. You may only cancel a payment in your 'Pending' payments which shows as Unclaimed, meaning it hasn’t reached the intended recipient. These payments are displayed with a ‘Cancel’ button alongside.
