Cancel dispute

I closed my dispute and cant open it back. The seller assured me that they could deliver the kitten. But theres was 600 charges for the kitten life insurance which wasnt mention from the buyer. The seller stated clearly that all the documents is provided. I couldnt paid for the kitten life insurance so the kitten wont be shipped. I wont get any kitten and my $300 just gone. I really hope theres someone who could help me get my money back. 😪🙏🏼

NEVER close a dispute / claim until you have a refund.
If the seller issued a refund then that would close the dispute automatically.
If he doesn't escalate to a claim unless you get item or refund.
Do not close it or he can ignore you and you can't open a second dispute OR re-open a closed one.

If that is what happened then if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you?
