NO!!

Its x1 dispute per transaction, however you can ''change'' a dispute from non receipt to not as described.

If a dispute/claim is closed then the only way to open a second dispute or claim is to ask customer services if they will allow that.

Once a case is closed, it can’t be reopened or escalated to a claim.
