I paid $300 to seller upfront but he didn't deliver the order so i opened the dispute but he then agreed to the terms and requested me to closed the dispute case and i did it, now he's not replying and not delivering the order. And I didnt find the way to open dispute again.
No. If you closed the case, it can’t be reopened. We only get one chance. If you paid by credit card, you may see if you can file a chargeback through your card issuer.
