My mother created said PayPal account when I was 16. Years later, I am now 20 and I wanted to change the name from my mom's to mine, I was planning on withdrawing the money and putting it on my bank account.
Paypal detected this and restricted my account, on email, it said I could still withdraw the money, however, with recent attempts to withdraw, it keeps getting denied.
