I had bought a bag from someone which came out fake although he mentioned it is 100% authentic, and i paid high price for it.
I want to report about the issue and get my money back, but I cant do it.
When i go to the transaction details from my desktop, the resolution center link in the bottom is just unclickable. I tried doing it from my mobile phone, then its clickable and get me through all the steps, and after i write everything and upload photos and hit send, it just says 'something wrong' and that's it.
I want to solve this issue and get my money back... i've been using paypal for years and made lots of expensive purchases, now for the first time I need paypal to stand behind their service and they don't. they do everything to make you miserable so you will just forget about it and leaving you with a fake product after paying same amount as a real one... i didnt expect for this service
