Can PayPal restrict or block my account if I open so much disputes?

I'm reseller with so much purchases daily and ofc there are some sellers that don't ship my items. I always open dispute on that and get the dispute (i never lost one), but I wonder can PayPal restrict me because of so much disputes I opened. My dispute rate is for sure more than average.

Yes, they can and do but only if they think you are abusing the dispute option.
