Can I request refund for transactions from March?

Hello all!

I have a trouble with <Removed> policy, they ban my device without reason. I bought many apps from they. I contact <Removed> support but no answer properly, then kick me out of <Removed>.   i am a customer but feel like a beggar they. How can i refuns transactions from March untill now?

You only have up to 180 days to open a dispute on paypal for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.
