Can I disagree with resolution?

Hello. I ordered 4 items. Company only sent 3, and one was significantly not as described. I argued for a week and all they will offer is 30% refund for the shoe That is not what I ordered. I opened a dispute, now they say if I return all the shoes at my expense they will refund me. I only want a label to return the bad pair. They want all the shoes returned. I can’t see another way to answer on the dispute thread. Just that it’s waiting for me to return everything. Is there anything else I can do?

If you escalate the dispute to a claim and paypal find in your favour then paypal do not get involved in part refunds or part returns.

They would tell you to return everything you received (trackable to prove delivery back to the seller) before you get a refund of the original payment.
