Buying from Facebook

Hello I am looking to buy a car parts from the USA via the Facebook page called Mercedes Benz spare parts & cash for car 

I would like to know if they are officially legal shop or scammer the seller called David sisson but his Hotmail is strange can someone help me please

Sorry we don't know every merchant or private seller that uses Paypal in the world !!

All I can suggest is you read up on paypals buyer protection policy so you can risk assess your purchase.

I see but is there any list containing the fraud email or account let say like a black list
