Buyer protection??? Paypal has now pushed resolution date back 4 times

I bought an item in August 2021 from Ukraine. I did not receive it and the seller did not respond to multiple emails. I opened a case on September 7. (Case ID: PP-D-125498487). The tracking shows that the item was returned to the sending country and picked up.

Paypal has now pushed the resolution date back 4 times!  They apparently are 'waiting for a respons from the seller'.

How long are they going to wait?

I need to get my money back.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear a recent transaction hasn't quite gone as planned. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to check on the status of that case. They can be reached by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
