I sold a digital good to a buyer, 2 days later he opened a dispute and I showed him how to install it properly, he closed the dispute. 8 days later today he opened another dispute for THE SAME transaction saying the digital good is not working, i fixed the issue for him which was caused by his exploiting system, he closed the second dispute now. How come he opened a second dispute? Will this keep happening again?

Hello @ayman022,
Welcome to PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!
I understand your concern about the disputes on your PayPal account and I know it is bothering you. From what you have described, it seems like the buyer would have appealed the case on the same transaction which is why you're able to see multiple cases listed. If you need more clarification on this dispute, please reach out to PayPal Customer support team through the available contact options on our website.
Regards,
Ayesha
