Buyer made a dispute but won’t send the lashes back

My money is on hold because the names wasn’t on the items (lashes) which states in my description that you pick your own names or you can use mine, anyways she wants to send them back because of that so I asked her to please send me the lashes back with a tracking number and I’ll refund her, but she won’t respond back to me now. I don’t want her getting free lashes out of this. What should I do?

Let the buyer escalate to a claim and IF and only IF paypal find in their favour they will be told to return the item to you at their own expense before you have to refund (they can claim their return shipping costs from paypal if they have activated the return shipping link on their paypal account).
