I sold domain+website via PayPal. After the buyer received everything, he filed a case that he did not receive the product. I presented all the evidence to Paypal and waited. Paypal sent me an email so **bleep** that I didn't even realize I had to reply. This is a HUGE SCAM from the buyer. He then paid half of the money 2000 dollars automatically to the buyer with paypal minimizing my account.
- I transferred everything related to the website to him: domain name + website source + database + social network + email account + all related accounts. I have all the proofs and submitted to Paypal
But now he is scamming me. He took over my entire website, domain, database... my entire website, domain, database, EVERYTHING, and then he appealed for my money.
Paypal please refund my money. I wrote to the Solution Center but the AI gives stupid answers. Customer service does not answer me properly. I have presented all the evidence to PayPal and I CANNOT GET A REAL HUMAN ANSWER. PAYPAL HAS BEEN HELPED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND THEY WILL NOT HELP ME.
